Dave Biggers Joins CzechPoint as National Sales Manager

Knoxville, Tennessee based CzechPoint, importer of the iconic VZ 58 rifle, the VZ 61 pistol and other Czech produced small arms, announces that respected industry veteran Dave Biggers has joined the company as its National Sales Manager.

“I am extremely pleased to be joining CzechPoint, a company with a solid reputation for manufacturing,” said Biggers. “The VZ 58 and VZ 61 are popular Czech firearms that many in the U.S. are only passingly familiar with. I look forward to working closely with retailers and wholesalers to expand the CzechPoint brand.”

With over 25 years in the firearms industry, Biggers has been in various sales, marketing, and training positions, playing a vital role in bringing several well-known products to market. His background also includes experience as an Airborne Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, a competitive shooter, and avid hunter.

CzechPoint Firearms Set the Standard

The CzechPoint VZ 58 became popular as a weapon of the cold war. Disappointed with the quality of the Soviet AK-47, Czechoslovakia produced its own rifle, one known for both reliability and standout performance.

Today, CzechPoint’s firearms are often seen playing prominent roles in cinema, such as in the James Bond film Spectre, and in the Cinemax series Strike Back.

The full line of CzechPoint includes magazines, ammo pouches and additional parts/accessories for their products. Dealers and wholesale distributors interested in stocking CzechPoint firearms can email Dave Biggers at david.biggers@czechpoint-usa.com for product availability and marketing opportunities.
