Arcus Hunting, a leader in the hunting scents and scent elimination products, is thrilled to welcome Jim Heeren as our new National Sales Manager for the Midwest and Western U.S. regions.

In this role, Jim will be driving sales strategy, strengthening relationships with key accounts, distributors, and independent retailers, and working closely with our product development teams to bring innovative hunting solutions to market. With category leading brands like Tink’s® and Dead Down Wind®, Arcus continues to set the standard in the industry, and Jim’s leadership will be instrumental in expanding our reach and growing top-line sales.

Jim comes to Arcus with extensive experience in merchandising, product development, and account management. Most recently, he played a key role in launching a gun safe division for Dansons, overseeing all aspects of the business. Before that, he spent 21 years at Cabela’s, managing critical categories like ammo, black powder, and shooting accessories, while collaborating with manufacturers and internal teams to build best-in-class merchandising programs.

Jim’s reputation in the industry speaks for itself—he’s known for his strategic mindset, leadership skills, and ability to build lasting partnerships. With Arcus gaining momentum heading into 2025, we have no doubt that Jim will be a driving force in taking our sales efforts to the next level.
