We have discovered that specific un-single barrels may not have been properly brazed into the monobloc, potentially resulting in barrel separation or rib detachment during use.

FN America recently discovered a condition on the FN Reflex MRD pistol that, in very limited circumstances when using the incorrect set of screws to mount specific optics, the pistol could experience binding, cycling issues, or interference with the firing pin safety block.
Colt’s Manufacturing Company LLC has recently learned of a potential safety issue with its CBX bolt-action rifles. Both the CBX Precision and CBX Tac Hunter models are affected. Colt is voluntarily initiating a recall of these rifles because of the potential for an unintentional discharge of the rifle, without pulling the trigger, under certain conditions when the manual safety is disengaged.
Hornady® is recalling sixteen (16) lots of item #81199, 350 Legend 150 gr. SP Hornady BLACK® ammunition. These lots were shipped between the dates of November 2, 2023, and August 19, 2024.
Nosler has received reports from customers who experienced excessive chamber pressures while using 28 Nosler 175gr AccuBond Long-Range Trophy Grade Ammunition (Part #60155). Excessive chamber pressures may result in firearm damage and/or personal injury. All customers should cease using this ammunition immediately and contact Nosler customer service directly for a free replacement. Recalled Lot Numbers are: 1837082, 1837701 and 1838813.
IWI US, Inc. (“IWI”) has determined that the Carmel Rifle has a safety issue with the firing pin blocker and is thereby subject to a Safety Warning and Recall Notice. IWI is issuing this mandatory recall to repair the safety issue in the specific Carmel rifles. IWI will correct these recalled firearms at no cost to the customer, and this recall does not affect any other IWI products.

Henry is voluntarily initiating a recall to protect the safety of its customers because, under certain conditions, it is possible that some of these rifles may unintentionally discharge without the trigger being pulled.
Remington Ammunition has determined that boxes of the referenced lot numbers of Remington Premier AccuTip Slugs - PRA12, may contain shells with an incorrect propellant. DO NOT USE REMINGTON 12 GAUGE PREMIER ACCUTIP 2-3/4” SABOT SLUG AMMUNITION WITH LOT CODES: L05ZC527, L05ZB527, L06ZB527, L06ZC527.
A specific barrel batch in caliber 6.5x55 SE, which is used in the SAUER 100 model, is being recalled as a precautionary measure. The rifles in question, that we have identified based on their serial numbers, must not be used any longer and should be returned to SAUER USA in exchange for a new rifle.
Sig Sauer has determined that portions of Lot No. JDAR0815 of SIG SAUER 9MM, 115gr, Elite Ball, FMJ (SKU E9MMB1-50), may have powder charge variations that could result in a bullet remaining in the barrel (i.e., a bullet-in-bore obstruction). Ammunition from this lot should be removed from use immediately and segregated from other ammunition until it can be returned to SIG SAUER.
Tristar Arms has recently discovered a potential safety issue with certain TriStar Viper G2 .410 Shotguns which may lead to serious personal injury and/or damage to the shotgun. TriStar is voluntarily initiating a recall to protect the safety of its customers, because if a user prematurely releases a shotshell while loading or unloading, the unretained shotshell could potentially contact the Bolt Lock Button inside the loading port and detonate.
Mossberg International has recently discovered a potential safety issue with certain Mossberg International Model SA-410 Shotguns which may lead to personal injury and/or damage to the shotgun. Century Arms has identified a potential durability issue in a limited run of BFT47 rifles. The issue may affect proper feeding and/or chambering of ammunition. To assure that every BFT47 meets our high standards, Century is requesting return of the listed units to guarantee that all rifles possibly affected by this durability issue are inspected and replaced as necessary.
GForce Arms, Inc. is implementing a Safety Recall of the GF991220-DLX shotguns manufactured prior to March 15, 2022. This is in response to reports of a faulty safety switch manufactured by a supplier that was used in a previous model of the GF991220-DLX.
Apex Tactical Specialties announces a mandatory recall of a limited number of Apex Action Enhancement Kits, for the Slim Frame Glock pistols (G43, G43X, G48), sold between October 2021 through March 2022. These specific kits are assembled with an Apex in-house manufactured trigger bar – NOT a Glock factory trigger bar – and were sold through Apex’s dealer and distributor network.

FN America announces the mandatory recall of all FN M249S® semi-automatic, belt-fed rifles sold before January 1, 2022. An identified issue from a component in the FN M249S fire control group may adversely affect the rifle’s standard operation, and under certain circumstances, a reset failure within the hammer group may cause an unsafe firing event. To correct this condition and restore consistent and safe operation of the firearm’s fire control group, it is necessary for FN to replace specific components in all FN M249S rifles.
