The Second Amendment Foundation and partners including the National Shooting Sports Foundation and National Rifle Association filed a motion for preliminary injunction in NSSF v. In a landmark ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court handed a major win to the firearms community today by throwing out the First Circuit’s ruling in Estados Unidos Mexicanos v. Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc., et. al.

Steven Neal Greenoe of Raleigh, North Carolina, has been sentenced to 120 months in prison for exporting firearms without a license. Greenoe concealed a total of 63 pistols in his checked luggage while traveling from Raleigh, North Carolina to the United Kingdom.
