GrabAGun announced a strategic collaboration with Derya Arms, marking the second firearms manufacturer to adopt the company's PEW Logistics direct-to-consumer platform since its January 2026 launch. The partnership enables Derya Arms to focus on manufacturing while GrabAGun handles eCommerce fulfillment, compliance, and logistics.

Firearms Policy Coalition launched the 2026 FPC State Freedom Index, a scorecard evaluating gun rights across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Only Kansas and New Hampshire earned perfect scores, while FPC President Brandon Combs criticized Republican-led states like Florida, Ohio, and Nebraska for failing to fully protect Second Amendment rights.

Orchid, the firearms industry's leading FFL technology provider, launched its "Locked & Loaded" April Sales Campaign offering 25% off two-year software subscriptions on Orchid POS, eCommerce, eBound, and eState through April 28, 2026. The NSSF-adjusted NICS figure for March 2026 reached 1,412,917, a 1.9 percent increase from March 2025. NFA checks surged 121.2 percent to 206,871, with Texas, Florida, and Virginia leading in NFA activity. The National Shooting Sports Foundation provides these adjusted figures to reflect market conditions.
